Goldilocks and the Three Drones

Once upon a time there were three Borg drones. One day, while out assimilating a new planet, Goldilocks happened to beam aboard their cube. As she wandered the lengthy corridors, she became disoriented and tired.

“Perhaps I should try sleeping in one of these alcoves.” she said. She stepped into the first alcove. “This one is too big for me.” She tried the second alcove. “This one is too cold for me.” She tried the third alcove. “This one is just right!” And she fell asleep.

When the three Borg drones returned, they noticed the alcoves were powered on.

“Someone's been standing in my alcove!” the first drone said.

“Someone was in my alcove too!” the second drone said.

“Someone is still in my alcove!” the third drone announced.

Minutes later, Goldilocks joined the Collective, and was promptly given her own alcove. The four Borg drones then lived happily ever after.
