2014 Contribution Contests

[daBelgrave]

We're once again holding a fleet contribution contest, with some changes from last year. The contest will run monthly, with 1st and 2nd place prizes, and an additional grand prize at the end of the year.

Rules:
1. Fleet Leaders are not eligible. Everyone else is permitted to opt out at any time, but this will be for the rest of the year. To do so, let me know.

2. Contributions are counted for the account, not just a single character. We keep track of this on an external spreadsheet. The downside is that if you delete a character or remove it from the fleet, you will lose their portion of your contributions, which could put you into a negative until you make up for it on another character. Renaming a character, however, should not create any discrepancies in your contribution totals.

3. Contributions to any of our fleets will count. Whether you contribute to our Federation fleet or our KDF house, it counts toward your account total.

4. Monthly rewards are separate from the year's grand prize.

5. Winners will be announced and awarded at the fleet meeting immediately following each month. For example, our first winners will be announced on February 2, 2014.

6. This contest is retroactive to the start of the year. We have a record of your contributions since that time.

7. Credits placed into the fleet bank go toward prizes for these contests.

Prizes:
Monthly prizes consist of Fleet Ship Modules. First place gets two, and second gets one. The grand prize at the end of the year will be a ship such as a Tuffli Freighter or other special ship to be determined at a later time.
