my build
It doesn't have to stay rubbish! Some grit and elbow grease should do the trick.
6 Beams/2 torps is fine. You don't use up as much weapon power that way.
Positron Deflector
Combat Engine
Covariant Shield with a much [Cap] as you can get.
Devices: Subspace Field Modulator, batteries of your choice, perhaps some Deuterium.
Engineering Consoles: Armor, RCS, any universals you have.
Science Consoles: Make sure you get things that boost your healing ability. Also, a Field Generator or two wouldn't hurt.
Tac Consoles: Make them both for the energy damage type you use. In this case, you want Phaser Relays.
