GEAR
Pay the most attention to my console setup. There are no "Pay-to-Win" consoles, and the only Universal console is the Assimilated Console. I also took off the cloak since the additional 15% damage for x amount of seconds would not get much use in the average battle. Instead, I opted for a second Neutronium armor. Both science consoles are Field Generators. All the tactical consoles improve my weapon damage type. ABILITIES
The greatest deficiency of this ship is the lack of a Tractor Beam. Unfortunately, adding one requires me to remove a valuable science heal, or slot the Assimilated Shield, which is bad for escorts. You might think it odd that I have two Attack Pattern Omegas and an Attack Pattern Delta. However, the way the cooldowns work, I can use the Attack Pattern Delta in between the two Attack Pattern Omegas. Attack Pattern Omegas are my primary anti-Tractor Beam and damage improvement abilities. With these abilities, you are not gimping your ship by taking a lower level Cannon: Rapid Fire. DUTY OFFICERS
My Duty Officers provide benefits with the use of three of my abilities. The first two are Shield Distribution Officers, which give me a shield heal every time I use Brace for Impact. The other three are Damage Control Engineers, which make it very likely that I can use my Emergency Power to X abilities every 30 seconds, which is as close as you can get to continuous coverage. In order to take advantage of all my abilities in a timely manner, I put most of them on keybinds that activate abilities at specific places in the ability tray. This makes it easier than if I tried to click each of them with the mouse. Keybind File (This is only the portion for the abilities):
