Notes:
84123.37—This is the standard checkup to establish familiarity with One of Twelve. She appears to be in good health, with implants functioning properly. I noted the assimilation tubule power spikes and their cause discovered by Ensign Sururo. I recommend regular check ups bimonthly to detect and prevent future blockages. I also noticed One of Twelve’s psychological struggles. She will visit the ship’s counselor if necessary.

Psychological Profile - Starfleet Intelligence Headquarters
Attending Psychologist: Petralla Wegere, PsyD; Starfleet Medical

Patient ID: 0771-79657-10-75
Name: One of Twelve

Notes:
18:25 UTC—One of Twelve seems very popular following her successful completion of Command School, where she ranked third in her class. There are requests from admirals for her to be transferred to a wide range of agencies within the Federation, to include command of a starship involved in the Federation President’s entourage, all of which have all been denied. Lieutenant One of Twelve was transferred to Starfleet Intelligence, and will perform temporary duty as First Officer aboard the U.S.S. Helicoprion, a ship with the crew specifically selected to test the ability for recently graduated cadets to perform in the command structures and duties often filled with experienced Starfleet veterans. Two of Twelve will also be assigned to a command post aboard that ship. Aside from the captain and key medical personnel, everyone aboard the Helicoprion is currently ranked lieutenant or lower. One of Twelve remains optimistic that it will not be difficult, but I have my doubts. The foolhardiness of young ensigns will prove quite taxing for her. Somewhat related to this, One expressed some frustration that Starfleet will not outright give her a ship to command in the search for her ten clones. Mr. Sodu had to come and help me explain the reasons for this temporary duty. Since the Helicoprion is headed to the [REDACTED] Sector, I will be unavailable to assist if One experiences any psychological difficulties.

Patient ID: 0771-79657-10-75
Name: One of Twelve
Rank: Ensign
Age: 5
Species: Borg, Human

Notes:
84052.64—This is the final checkup for this test subject in my study. All health parameters remain steady. Implants all seem normal. The monitor placed on test subject’s left posterior thoracic bio-synthetic gland was removed. There were no differences noted during the test subject’s brief stint in the captain’s chair. The final analysis of the test subject’s health during this study will be available in my thesis upon graduation from Medical School.

Name: One of Twelve

Notes:
84014.78—Five days into her test cruise aboard the U.S.S. Xenocrates, which will be eleven days shorter than originally scheduled, One of Twelve remains focused and dedicated toward proving that she deserves to command a starship. Most of the cruise, she will take command of a department or section of the ship, but two days from now, she will get to spend the day in the captain’s chair.

Psychological Profile - U.S.S. Carneades
Attending Psychologist: Petralla Wegere, PsyD; Starfleet Medical

Patient ID: 0771-79657-10-75
Name: One of Twelve

Notes:
83919.00—With only a month left in Command School, One of Twelve seems to finally be figuring out how to better interact with her classmates. Of course, this could be due to their increased courtesy toward her, and the fear that keeps them from expressing their frustrations with her in a non-helpful manner. Still, her instructors tell me she excels when placed in command of the other students. Commanding may not be her problem, but interacting with peers definitely is. Also, it seems she no longer finds enjoyment in playing hoverball, possibly from being in Command School with a much smaller number of classmates than Starfleet Academy; instead, she reads thesis papers on some of the most obscure and dry topics.

83919.22—Note, Tuyo Allaron, Adm, Starfleet Intelligence
Mrs. Wegere, plan to be on that test cruise for its entire duration. She will be leaving Sol System, and should have you available to assist her if necessary. Expect orders to arrive in the morning.
