Bio:
Katherine or Kate as she prefers to be known was born to the head of major corporation Clarke Transport right when the Dominion War started, she is the oldest of 3 sisters with Katrina being the next oldest and Cecilia being the youngest with her still being in high school. Her uncle died during the Breen surprise attack on Earth.Kate didn't want to inherit her parents transport business so she decided to enrol in Starfleet Academy much against her parents wishes but she didn't care she just wanted to get off planet she majored in warp theory having learned about fixing things when she was young.

Her first assignment was to the U.S.S. Wirral where she served on the engineering crew for 5 years meeting Isaac Jones who become the father of her child Maya, but since they were both concerned about the safety of their daughter, Maya was sent to live with her grandparents in San Francisco. The Wirral in early 2409 was sent along with a Starfleet Task Force to Vega colony which reported to be under attack by the Borg which haven't been seen since the borg invasion of the alpha quadrant in 2381 which resulted in the deaths of trillions. Not taking any chances Starfleet ordered every Starship not engaged in battle with the Klingons to Vega, the Wirral engaged several borg vessels before transporting Kate to help the U.S.S. Khitomer. She got back from her mission having found out that every officer was dead including Isaac and she was forced to take command. After the events of Vega Admiral Quinn gave her command of the Wirral and sent her to aid in the war against the Klingons and Romulans.

Eventually Kate was promoted to Vice Admiral and given command of the Sovereign Class U.S.S. Liverpool which had fought in the Battle of Vulcan in 2381. It was around this time that Starfleet assigned her to The Phoenix Division a top secret branch of Starfleet lead by the liberated Borg One of Twelve. She went on several operations with the group against the borg both in space and on the ground aiding the Deferi in their struggle against both the Breen and the Borg. Eventually Starfleet assigned her one of their brand new Starhips the Avenger Class U.S.S. Repulse-A which Starfleet hopes she'll be able to put to good use. Her sister Cecilia has indicated to Kate that she is thinking of joining Starfleet.
