No need to rush... once I finalize the new layout, I'll post a .zip containing the .psd and the relevant graphics. Then everyone can make and customize their own.

Here is the final version:
The attached .zip contains the photoshop file, notes containing some instructions, and a folder containing graphics for ranks, ships, classes, and more. Enjoy!
